Is there a way to group this data into buckets of overlapping times? This is sample data that shows time representative started the chat and ending time as well. I am trying to find how many simultaneous chats took place.
Thanks

You haven't really told us what you expect to see!
No manually calculated results. Thsi gives the no of calls ongoing at EACH time. Is theis any way close?
See file.

I am trying to find out how many calls the rep was having at the same time.
As an example, the first call at 10:01 didn't overlap with any other call which means that
during this call rep didn't talk to anyone else. Hope that makes sense
Show me by adding expected results on the sample sheet as you want to see them.
I am not sure what the output should look like. I am trying to find out for each row whether it overlaps with all the others once.
row 1- does it overlap with any other rows that is not this row and if so which one
row 2- does it overlap with any other rows that is not this row and if so which one
..
...
Does this help?
RoFLAO.... If YOU don't know how it should look....
Another guess:
=COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$10,"<="&C2,$C$2:$C$10,">"&B2)
ok what about this
At row 4, why is row 3 excluded? /
sorry that's my bad., it should be there
So... my formula works....
yes it does. thank you
is there a way to identify what rows are overlapping just like I did manually?
Still using Excel 2010?
Using 365 apps
