Match Week Data index or lookup use

Good afternoon all,
Im trying to pull data from one sheet to the next and I have totally beaten up the formula and gave up. I want to pull data from the sheet called Data Weeks Shopify and have it show on the proper week in the sheet called Weekly Data. Im not sure how to use the index formula properly or sure if its even the right one to use.

Help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

C18:
=INDEX('Data Weeks Shopify'!$B$2:$G$53,MATCH('Weekly Data'!C$17,'Data Weeks Shopify'!$A$2:$A$53,0),ROWS(C$18:C18))

both copied across and down. similar for the remainder
