How to delete only certain rows

Hello All,

I am a new user of excel and I have a large datasheet to clean and had a doubt with clearing the certain rows, I have attached a jpg file in that I wanted to delete the rows with certain occurring numbers for example in the attached file there fewer numbers in the column of numbers like 3,4,5,6 these are the less occurred numbers and I want to clear the rows like this for the rest of the sheets and I have a large data set to clear like this, is there and way to do so, if you could please help it would be great.
