    Formula Starts & Stops According to dates

    Hello,

    i have a formula that makes reference of the date of man-months but I noticed if it is less than 1, the formula doesn't stop, if it is more than 1 the formula is ok. Could you pls. help me edit the formula maybe making reference on the column of Start & Finish Date.
