I have a set of worksheets to track spending, 1 sheet for each week. I would like the starting balance of the new weeks' worksheet to automatically equal the last entry in the previous worksheet. i.e. the starting balance on the week 2 worksheet (cell L3) would automatically have the last dollar amount entered on the week 1 worksheet (the last entry in column L).

I have tried several things and have not really found a reliable way to do this.
