Salary Payments - Multiple IF statements

Hi guys, can you please help me create a formula for multiple IF Statements?

I have a formula that calculates the salary if the "start date" is greater than the current month, and also adds a "salary increase" if the "salary increase month" is greater than the "current month".

I want to add an "end Date" and if the "end date" is greater than the current month, then there is no salary payment, however, I am having a lot of difficulties doing it.
