Looking to filter and keep records that's face one day date between the custom start and end date
for records: one day inside start - end date is enough to be in the list
- no matter if from date before the start date
- no matter if to date after the end date

This can be done with a formula:
=FILTER(Table1,((Table1[from] < start)*(Table1[to] < start))+((Table1[from] > end)*(Table1[to] > end))=0)

also I have more steps to do in power query after filter the dates
