First visit back here for ages, now retired and enjoying it!

I am embedding a spreadsheet stored on OneDrive into a website.

Is there a way to remove the black bar that has links to download etc. at the bottom of the insertion. I can include/exclude a download link on this bar just fine, but I don't want the bar to be visible at all.
