    How can I add dropdown list in excel?

    To select an option from a multiple options, I want to add a dropdown list. From where user can select his/ her desire option.

    Go to the Data ribbon | Data Validation.

    On the Settings tab in the dialog:

    Allow - List
    Source - give the range where you have defined your list
