    Index / Match with ISTEXT

    Afternoon,

I have a list of 2400 items which I need to extract unique values from. I have this formula:

    =IFERROR(INDEX($B$3:$B$2402, ISTEXT(MATCH(0,COUNTIF($D$2:D2, $B$3:$B$2402), 0))),"")

which works, but pulls all unique values when I need only those unique values that contain text (at the beginning) and not a whole number. For example, MF0105, DS5680, CFT253

Can I add an function to this to ignore purely numerical results?

    Much appreciated.
