Hi,
So i have a spreadsheet, which has rows upon rows of information. This has a search facility which brings up all the required information from entering a product code. I need the ability in Q8 to have button or something which opens and copies over this information into word format. And for this to change every time a users enters a different product code. Any ideas. I have attached the sample spreadsheet and specification sheet which needs updating

Take a look at WORD Mail Merge function found under "Mailings".
"Product Spec" is your "template" and Excel your Data source.
A VBA macro can be used to invoke the Mail Merge process.
Attached has sample Mail Merge from "Raw Data" sheet
NOTE: "Meat Percentile %" needs to be a variable rather than hard-coding
Word file should be DOCX suffix not DOC.
