Formula with Multiple and Condition and Higher Priorities

Can someone tell me the formula how can i get result if i need this function condition

1. if someone score higher than 65 and get paper done he pass
2. if someone score higher than 65 but another not higher than 65 and get paper done he remedial
3. if someone score higher than 65 but paper is not done he fail
4. if someone score below than 65 but get paper done he remedial
5. if someone score below than 65 but paper is not done he fail

the higher priorities to pass is to get the paper done, remedial is pass but still need score higher than 65, so i need 3 result in this condition, pass, remedial, and fail
