    Repeat a Dynamic Spill Range

I'm trying to create a sheet that allows me to enter my list of techs in one column. To the right, I then want to create a repeating list (n times) of the the techs I have added. If I add or remove a tech from the list on the left, it would automatically adjust the spill range and repeat on the right.

A picture is worth 1000 words, a sample sheet is worth 1000 pictures!!

You have attached a non-editable picture of an Excel sheet. That's not very easy to work with. Also... I'm lazy. I have to re-type your information before I can begin to address your problem. That puts me off completely.

So.... Do yourself a favour and please attach a SMALL sample Excel workbook (10-20 rows of data is usually enough). However, please give us an indication of the approximate number of rows of data you want the solution to work with (100, 1000, 100,000 or whatever).

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment. So... for a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments and for a new post in your existing thread click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while composing your reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments. In both cases, the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Make sure that ALL confidential information is removed first!!!!

AliGW, you closed my new thread. If you had read Glenn_Kennedy's reply, he told me to create a new thread because the attachments icon is not working. So now, I can't do anything with the new thread that was created and I still can't add additional attachments to this thread.

AliGW, you closed my new thread. If you had read Glenn_Kennedy's reply, he told me to create a new thread because the attachments icon is not working.
I didn't need to read it - he uses that message often and I've read it many times before.

No, he didn't tell you to create a new thread. He told you how to attach a workbook here because we know that the paper clip icon does not work. Instructions for attaching your workbook are at the top of the page.

I still can't add additional attachments to this thread
    Yes, you can. Specifically:

... scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
To save time, I've attached it for you to your last post, but it would be helpful if you would learn how to do this yourself for future reference.
