no merge&center option

Hello.
I don't have the "merge & center feature". My version is the free trail Microsoft 365 Family, 16.57. I check if it can be added in preference -> ribbon, but I does not seem to work that way. Anybody has an idea, what the issue is? My subscription & current ribbon appearance as shown in the screenshots.
