Create a 6 week Sales Cycle

Greetings from Dubai,
I'm trying to create a sales cycle for my team to ensure coverage and frequency of visits.

I have a list of customer accounts and contacts that my team need to see regularly. Our Sales Cycle is 6, 7 week cycles in a year.

What i'd like is on the customer tab, to have a column for Cycle, Week in Cycle and Day and have the team fill this in for each of their accounts and then be able to display the data as a schedule - be that calendar style or even charted.

Example:

Customer Name Cycle Week in cycle Day
Swanny 1 4 Monday

I've driven myself half mad trying to do it on my own - does anyone have a solution that could work.
