We do not do your homework or job tests for you. Your title says Concatenate help but you are throwing an entire test file at us and asking us to do it for you. If you are really clueless about this, this might not be the right job for you.
If you make some progress and have a specific sticking point please feel free to come to ask a specific question.

Read the rules
Use code tags to
enclose your code!
For thr record, I totally agree with Jeff on this. If we were to do your "test" for you and you got the job, you would be getting it under false pretenses - not something we condone here, sorry.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

I've actually completed everything in it. I only need help writing the crit part on row 11 inside Test sheet. Thanks!
Row 11 says
• If a unit crits, their CRD is added to their attack damage
This is meaningless to me. Please don't make us spend an hour going through the entire file trying to figure out the context of what you need. Explain specifically the help you need. What is the data that is input to this, and what is the result supposed to look like?
It looks to me that Row 10 says "Crit rate is the unit's CRT rating divided by the function of the highest CRT rating in the game times 4", then Row 11 states as you said. So a chance of something happening, and then how to plug that chance into the formulas already made I believe is what's being asked. OP can correct me if I'm wrong
Welcome (back) to the forum.
Thanks for your question. However, we have just found out that you have posted the same question elsewhere.... and haven't told us. Feel free to cross-post on other sites...
But. Every forum has its rules. Please see Forum Rule #3 about cross-posting. So.
Do not keep it a secret. We all are willing to give you our time, freely. However, some of us get very annoyed if we waste our time developing a solution for you, when you already have a nice solution elsewhere. All we ask is that you show us some respect and tell us:
1) if you have cross-posted, and
2) the URL of the cross posts.
That way, those of us who don't want to waste their time can quickly check to see if you're already happy with another solution.
(Note: this requirement is not optional. However, since you are new here, on THIS OCCASION, I have done it for you.)
Glenn
None of us get paid for helping you... we do this for fun. So DON'T FORGET to say "Thank You" to all who have freely given some of their time to help YOU
