Hi, guys I have two tables one from 2010 and one from 2021 in the 2010 table there are codes that in the 2021 table have already been transformed. I would like to know how to transform the 2010 table codes according to the 2021 table conversion.
For example: in 2010 it had the code 0123 = hypertension, in the 2021 table the code 0123 was converted to 4567 = hypertension. I would like to transform the code 0123 = 4567 in the old table. How can I do that?
