    Match old and new table

Hi, guys I have two tables one from 2010 and one from 2021 in the 2010 table there are codes that in the 2021 table have already been transformed. I would like to know how to transform the 2010 table codes according to the 2021 table conversion.
For example: in 2010 it had the code 0123 = hypertension, in the 2021 table the code 0123 was converted to 4567 = hypertension. I would like to transform the code 0123 = 4567 in the old table. How can I do that?

You could probably use XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH. But, as Alan said, if you want a specific answer we'd need to see (accurate) samples of the Tables.

cbo94 is a reference for 1994 in the old table. In the new table(ex) 1994=2002.

I might be missing something but I cannot see ANY relationship between the two tables.

In the ex table, there was only the code 1110 (CBO - 1994), but the new table, ex1, had already been converted. The code 1110 (1994) is now 2132-05 (2002). I would like to put these converted codes in the old table.

There is no relation between the two worksheets, you want just to copy and past?

Re: Match old and new table

the two worksheets talk about CBO. I cant just copy and paste because there is a lot of numbers it would be too much work. What I would like to do it is transform all the codes of cbo-94 according to the codes of cbo- 2002. I don't know if you understand me.

Why don't you mock up a solution for the records presented so we will have a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish as no one here understands your needs as there is no obvious correlation between the two workbooks.

Re: Match old and new table

Your CBO94 numbers start with 3550 and goes up to 99930 in Pasta3.xlsx and the other file Pasta2.xlsx the same CBO94 stops at 2530 (1105 --> 2530), so how do you expect us to connect them?
I highlighted the columns for you to see the problem too.
