Stop auto-shortening URL

Hey team,

So we have recently switched programs here at work and are using something that everyone is having issues with. I'm trying to take the lead and create a tracker for our cases, so far so good. The issue I'm having is when I copy the URL from the case website and paste it into the cell needed (B:B) excel (i think it's excel) is automatically shortening it. It's irrelevant weather it is or is not made a hyperlink, I just need it to stop shortening the URL. Cell B4 is how excel shortens the URL, cells B8:B9 are how I need them. The group that will be using this sheet are not super tech-savvy so a CTRL-C > right click > paste special > paste as plain text only is 1) too dang many steps 2) slightly above what I want to make them deal with.
