Creating shopping list dynamically

Hey I'm new here, with online shopping I'm trying to create a spreadsheet for my online grocery shopping

first thing is trying to make an easy to use weekly shopping list

second just want to play around with excel as I'm not very good with it

in my head i would like spreadsheet one which would have a list of my grocery items with a tick box. I tick the item i need to buy that shopping

spreadsheet 2 just shows all the items i have selected

any help appreciated, point me in the right direction

There is more code in the SHEET1 module that creates the CHECK MARK in Col B, when a cell in Col B is double-clicked.
