There should be a tool in Excel on the View Tab - Show Group - Navigation Pane.
I don't see it in my latest version of Excel 365. Is there an Option Setting I need to set to see it?

It looks like I needed to go to Options and change my install to "Insider" to see the Navigation Pane. I guess it isn't released yet in the normal version of Excel.
