Currently, there seems no way to select a "Natural Sort" in Excel.

This is how it sorts:

Notice 2.10 comes before 2.2. if we had an ID of 10.2, it actually shows up after 2.2, so the whole number is working EXCEPT for 2.21, and after the decimal, it is not in order either. Tried number, text, $, time formats in desperation. Any help would be appreciated. I just want it to show up as a TOC would.
