    Concatenate/ Combine cells if same value exists in another column in excel

    Hi,

    I have a sheet with multiple values to look up for before concatenating. I have attached the demo file, where the table is from A2 to D7 and the results required to be fetched in G & H columns as per the given value in H2. Kindly help to suggest a formula.
