If function without blanks

Hello,

I have made a simple excel to illustrate my question.

I have two lists, one column with cities and another with "Yes" for certain cities.

I have created a IF function in column E.

Is it possible to create a similar function or improve this one inorder to return the cities that have a "Yes" in it but without the blanks in between?

In other words, return a list/table that only consists of 4 rows. Instead of 11 rows with several blanks in between.

This should be a simple fix, but I cannot figure out how to do it.
