Need some advise on Data tracking. I'm having a set of report generated on weekly basis where i would have 20 column, and potential more than 1000 rows. I would use pivot table and chart to analyse the data.

Are there any way to track all the changes. Note that each row are differently arranged on weekly basis but say name of project will still be the same. However, there might be some projects does not appear on the next week data set as an update move out from the timeframe of the data set.

Example data set:

Project | Date of award | Region | Status | Operator


Hope someone can help and point me to the right direction.
