Calculate a Percentage of 2 Numbers in a Pivot Table

I have a worksheet with retail sales over multiple periods. In the data table, I've calculated Price Variance to previous period.

1) I am wondering if it's possible, in the pivot table, to calculate a Percentage: Price Variance $ / Retail Sales $ for each period.

2) Extra points if it can do that % Price Variance calculation in the pivot table... and then give a cumulative % change from all period before it?
