Can you move the data on an axis of a chart up or down?

So, what I am trying to do is shift the secondary axis up, so that the line chart for the data is not in the middle of the bar graphs. Does that make sense.

If you see in the attached chart, I have 8 months of data. I have the total # of items and # of unique people as vertical bar graphs.

Then, on the secondary axis I have a line showing the average items per day.

My question is, the line that shows the average items per day, goes right through the middle of the bars and gets a little lost. So what I want to do is move the "line" up above the bars, but still retaining it's own scale on the right.

Make sense? Not sure if this is something even possible. I've drawn kinda what i'm looking for in the file.

Let me know what you think.
    Thanks!

You can specify a lower min value for the secondary y axis, such as -100. That will push the curve upwards. The value you specified is 75, which actual brings it down compared the automatic value which is 0. Right-click on the secondary axis and Format Axis to adjust the properties.

Ok. That worked. I don't know why I changed it to 75 honestly. When I changed it to 0 it did exactly what I wanted it to do. Kind of brain farted on that one. Thanks a lot!
