    Adding days, weeks and months to my workbook

    I've been trying to add weeks, days and months to my workbook. However, I'm unfamiliar with the formula. Could you please assist?

    These are the elements I'm struggling with:

    - Adjust row 6 so that years are captured in accordance to row 10 (a manual attempt has been made - see column W and AI)
    - Adjust row 8 so that months are captured in accordance to row 10 (a manual attempt has been made - see column K and R)
    - Extend the Green colour captured in row AA 9-12 (highlights today's date)
