I am trying to add the coloumns in the attached spread sheet. I cut and pasted the information from a email.
When I try to use auto sum to add the coloumns it does not work.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Values are text, with 1 space within. Try to Replace it then sum should works.
Choose the range
Ctrl-H (Find & Replace)
Find what: < press space bar to type a space >
Replace with: < Lease it blank >
Replace All
