is it possible to call a cell inside a script?

Hello, I need to import posts to wordpress with a little video trailer for each post.

This is basically my situation on excel:

What I need to do here is the number in the I column, the one I underlined with red color, must always reflect the number showed under column J. While the rest of the script must always stay the same, only that number must change for each row.
My problem is that I'm unable to do it because the traditional function doesn't work here, the = doesn't trigger anything and it's added to the script actually.
