Convert Excel sheet into a neat Notepad document

Hi guys,

A website that I use to sort information, can generate a an excel list of courses I have completed. However I want to submit this list as a text file.
The problem is when I copy and paste the excel list into a notepad, the columns are all messed up (see the .jpg).

Is there a way to cleanly make the text document by copying and pasting or using a macro? See the attached .txt file. (FYI, I had to manually make this file by entering "tabs" until everything lined up neatly.)
I hope what I'm asking make sense. I really am hoping for a simple and quick way to make a clean notepad.txt file with all the information in a format that's easy to read (easy for a human to read, not a computer).
