Text.StartsWith Test to Determine Value

Hi

I have a table of Names - depending on the first two (Upper or Lower Case) characters I wish to put a value into a new column called Value

Al is 10
Be is 20 and
Bo is 30.

In my real solution, I have not 3 but 25.
What is the best Power Query Solution - doe sit use Text.StartsWith?
