Excel workbook slows down a lot after deleting any sheet.

Afternoon,

Basically i've got a excel workbook that works perfectly before deleting sheets or changing names. I can add in as many sheets as i want use the sheet to find out information and it still performs fast but soon as I delete any sheet the excel file slows down in terms of macros taking forever & Calculating to 100% quite slowly.

id love to attach the workbook for someone to try it but has a lot of workplace information on it and quite a bit file.

just wondering if anyone has any incite or anything for me to try?
