    How to pull multiple row data

    Hi All,
    Need a quick help, i have the data like in Fig 1 format and i want the output file have the values exactly like Fig 2

    The comparison should run for Column A (Fig 1) to Column D (Fig 1) and where ever it find match(s) it should write the data to Sheet 2 (Fig 2) in the shown format

    I have also attached a test file for reference, Many Thanks.

    I would use Advanced Filter for that. No macro is needed but a macro automate it a bit.

    Change IP Address column headings to Data.

    Post back if you need more help doing it. Advanced Filters are fairly easy.
