Spreadsheet in the spreadsheet view

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to achieve a view like on the picture. That's the same spreadsheets but top/left is very handy as you can have there headers etc.
Anyone knows how it's been done?

Place the Mouse Curser in the cell where you want to split the window
then select
Split under View (View in Menu Bar)
