Excel do not display more than 20.000 rows of data while sorting

Hello,
Could some one help me understand why while I trying to use Filter to sort my data excel do not show all data.
I have data which contains of more than 20000 rows raw data. I copy this data from one excel file to another, apply filter and want to sort data, but for some reasons filter do not see all data. It seems like missing data.
Does anyone know how to Filter and sort big amount of data in excel?

That's only the talking about what the dropdown button window can display; if you start typing (a part of) what you're looking for it will once again show all remaining possibilities. No one is going to scroll through 10,000 entries in order to tick/untick individual boxes.
