Amend to:
=AVERAGE(OFFSET(ÅRMÅNSenasteTolv,ROW(B3)-2,,,))
you were confusing it by giving it a RANGE (12 cells) from ....SeansteTolv and then telling it to look at a range 1 cell wide.
Amend to:
=AVERAGE(OFFSET(ÅRMÅNSenasteTolv,ROW(B3)-2,,,))
