Find wildcard in Col A, sum values from same row in Col B

Hi everyone - have searched the Forums, googled, tried my own methods, returning to the well. Have attached a sheet for reference.
What I need to do is sum the FTE (Full Time Equivalency) shown in Column B for corresponding Job Titles in Column A. Job titles will vary, but wildcards *Claim* and *Quality* could be used to cover all variants. Note that the FTE values shown in Column B will be imported from another sheet in the workbook and are not tied to any Job Title. Thanks in advance!
