Hi, I know it's easy to get age from birthday - but our system throws birthday in a weird format and I can't seem to be able to change the format
All birthdays comes out as DD/MM/YYYY 12:00:00AM and when I try the formula to calculate age, all I get is #NAME?
I've tried to change format of birthdate to just DD/MM/YYYY but it won't change. In fact, I can't change it to anything else. Please help.
Sounds to me as though the dates are, in fact, text.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
