Conditional Formatting Help

Hello,

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to hold test data.

I'm trying to have a cell highlight (column F) red if no data has been entered, and the date is within 7 days of the week ending date at the top.

Also, in the adjacent cell (column G), highlight red if date is entered in the first column and 3 days have passed. Thanks
