Daily Scheduling Calendar Help.

Thanks for the help! It was .xls because it was an old calendar I found. I think I understand the formula, I think the only thing I had to change is to include more rows from the Visits tab.

=IFERROR(LOOKUP(2,1/(Visits!$F$2:$F$1000=$C$2)/(Visits!$E$2:$E$1000>=B$5)/(Visits!$E$2:$E$1000<B$5+1/24)/(Visits!$D$2:$D$1000=LOOKUP(2,1/($A$5:$A6<>""),$A$5:$A6)),Visits!$B$2:$B$1000),"")

I increased it to look at 1000 rows.

I've inserted the Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control 6.0 (SP6) and linked it to the date cell (C2) but the formulas do not update unless I select the date cell and hit enter. Any ideas?
