    Question Turning Column data into unique records

    Hi all,

    See screenshot below. I'm trying to replace all my columns with unique rows. Haven't been able to find a good 'how-to' online or google search. Thanks!

    Your picture looks to me like a pivot table (https://www.excel-easy.com/data-****...ot-tables.html ) with name/number as row labels and period as column labels and sum of data as the pivot field values.
