conditional formatting for duplicate showing wrong for the text format cells

Can anyone kindly help me with the issue regarding conditional format for duplicates finding i have a column with values (which are formatted as text) which is having repeated cell values i want to find the duplicates but when i am using the conditional format highlight the cell rules for duplicate values for the entire column the whole column is highlighted as duplicate values even though there are unique values i am attaching the test file for your reference please any one kindly help me to solve the issue i am stuck at this.
