Converting a Word File with addresses to Excel

I used to use Wordperfect but no longer use it and saved a Wordperfect Data (.DAT) file to a Word Document which contains names and addresses.
It has created one name/address per Word Page as attached.

I want to do a MailMerge to print address labels. How can I convert this Word Document to an Excel one with each name/address on a separate row ?

the MM function in word pulls data from grids. that can be in excel or access. or other places I think, even. per your words, if you wanna throw the data from ur word doc into an excel file, ur gonna have to code it. or look up software to get into out of word, page by page, into a table of any kind, any extension. if you copy the data from word to notepad, it appears as you see in image 1 below. if you paste it into excel via the clipboard (same method), it shows as image 2 below. if you wanna do it that way, all you have to do to change it at that point if write a simple loop.
