How to back up XLSTART folder?

I haveWin10 (2004) file history set up to back up C:\Users (along with my data folders on other drives). Filehistory has all my data folders but for C:\Users it only contains folders Default and Public neither of which is my actual user folder containing my XLSTART folder. If this is some sort of limitation on file history, I can't find any mention of it anywhere. If I can't back up XLSTART this way, what's an alternative?

    Thanks...

Edit 1Dec> Working now - instead of including C:\Users or C:\Users\myusername I drilled all the way down to XLSTART and its contents now appears in my filehistory folder. Still interested to hear if other Excel users have seen similar quirks with file history...
