Change in A1c Data Analysis

Hello All,

I am attempting to automate changes in raw data for patient's lab values. It would be nice to do it at different time intervals and I was planning on having that work by filtering out dates. However, the attached Excel is already presorted but we typically get the raw data report monthly and right now manually have to add in the data and then analyze it. It's difficult to because every patient had a different quantity of values. Just looking for any insight or guidance on where to start of a process that has worked well for anyone in the past with a similar project.
