How to remove separating , but keep decimal .

    Hello all,

I am running into an issue with data downloaded from the IMF they use separating commas for each thousand number and period for decimals. The commas are formatted into the formula bar so cant be removed by formatting number and unchecking the use 1000 separators box. I also tried using the Numbervalue command but for numbers that only had a period but no comm it removed the period distorting the values in the data. Ive added the excel worksheet below. So to reiterate i would like numbers format like 1,923.25 to become 1923.25

    Thanks in advance!
