Pie Chart Help

Hi,

I have created a document and have 7 different categories. Each category has two or three sections, each section has three different outcomes. All of the differing outcomes are the same for all categories and sections. Dependent on data entry I am able to create 17 different pie charts. My issue is that the colour keeps changing for the slices.

For example, one pie chart could show 'At Risk' in yellow, but then on another this could be in green.

Is there a way of setting the colours in pie charts?
