Convert table to data structure for pivot table

Hello, with the risk of asking something very easy hoping somebody here can help. I tried searching for it and getting close but no exact answer for my problem.

I have a table that i want to transform into a different format so i can run a pivot table on it.

Anybody with some brilliant advice would be greatly appreciated !

Use power query.
Convert the range to table by clicking Control + T (Check my table has headers)
Go to Data Tab > From Table/Range > Select the first date column and use the scroll bar to go to the end > press shift key and select the last date column > Right click > Unpivot columns > Change the data type (as needed) > rearrange the columns as needed > Close & Load To (wherever you want)
