Inserting a row between two linked tabs

We have our PTO tracker and I want to link the two tabs. I want to insert a row to the Employees tab and have a row inserted in the same location on the PTO tracking tab so it'd be either above or below an employee names based on the corresponding employee ID number. For example, if I insert a new row on the Employee tab between Alexis and Rodney, I want the same thing to happen on PTO Tracking tab between Alexis and Rodney. Thanks for the help.
